Mr. Caruso, President:
Mr. Caruso is currently an Associate Pastor with Lighthouse Tabernacle Church located in Staten Island, New York. His duties include outreach coordination, outreach management, and counseling.
In addition, Mr. Caruso spent over 8 years of his 29 years with AT&T, Inc. where he gave sales support to a speciality network sales team as well as managing a technical sales support team for AT&T.
Prior to that, Mr. Caruso served as a Sales Representative in the Special Markets Division of AT&T.
He currently serves as a Chaplain for the NYC, MTA.
He has a Bachelor’s of Biblical Studies with the International Theological Seminary. He earned his Associate Degree in Business Administration from LaGuardia College and attended Brauch College in NYC.
Duties: The president shall be the chief executive officer of the corporation; he shall preside at all meetings of the members and of the board; he shall have the general management of the affairs of the corporation and shall see that all orders and resolutions of the board are carried into effect.
David Hill, Secretary:
Mr. Hill is an urban missionary with the AG, serving in Staten Island, NY. He has served as a missionary/evangelist with AGUSM for the past 5 years and prior to that he was a pastor. From 2003-2007, David was senior pastor of First Assembly of God church in San Saba, Texas. He also lead a church in Covington, KY from 2007 until transitioning into AGUSM in 2009. David is currently a board member of Urban Outreach NYC and also serves as the director of Urban Outreach Cincinnati.
Duties: The secretary shall keep the minutes of the board of directors and also the minutes of the members. He shall attend to the giving and serving of all notices of the corporation, and shall have charge of such books and papers as the board of directors may direct; he shall attend to such correspondence as may be assigned to him, and perform all the duties incidental to his office.
Mr. Sozio, Treasurer:
Mr. Sozio is currently a Senior Corporate Accountant for The Rockefeller Group in New York City. He graduated Binghamton University with a B.S. and M.S. in accounting. Mr. Sozio worked for three years as an audit staff accountant for a prominent accounting firm in mid-town Manhattan. He has also been serving in a church ministry setting for the past three years including assisting the treasury staff when needed.
Duties: The treasurer shall have the care and custody of all the funds and securities of the corporation, and shall deposit said funds in the name of the corporation in such bank or trust company as the directors may elect; he shall, when duly authorized by the board of directors, sign and execute all contracts in the name of the corporation, when countersigned by the president; he shall also sign all checks, drafts, notes, and orders for the payment of money, which shall be duly authorized by the board of directors and shall be countersigned by the president; he shall at all reasonable times exhibit his books and accounts to any director or member of the corporation upon application at the office of the corporation during ordinary business hours.
Mr. Eric Webb – Director:
Mr. Eric Webb is currently a missionary to Staten Island, NY where he leads construction teams in helping assist with the recovery from Hurricane Sandy. Mr. Webb also is beginning a new ministry in one of Staten Island’s housing projects. Before this Mr. Webb was a supervisor for Toyota Motor Manufacturing. He was responsible for implementing new policy and procedures for assembly line work. Mr. Webb’s ability to problem solve and his ability to think quickly is shown in his leadership skills. Mr. Webb is currently enrolled in Berean School for the Bible.
Duties: Distribution Director – overseeing product acquisition and distribution as well as evangelistic coordination for community relief.
Mr. Gary Rose – Director:
Mr. Rose is currently a Distribution Associate with Hudson News in East Farmingdale, New York. Mr. Rose with the help of the distribution team dispersed high quality magazines and news publications to various retail locations.
Mr. Rose worked for Ulamos Inc. in Brooklyn, New York for over a year in film manufacturing for the film industry.
Mr. Rose spent 3 years in the United States Navy at level E3 – Boatman’s Mate. He spent his tenure maintaining an United States Destroyer.
Duties: Distribution Director – overseeing product transportation and distribution for community relief.
